Payment of Orders

Below you will find a list of payment methods that we accept

All deliveries now incur a surcharge depending on fuel prices and the amount we pay to process payments.

Delivery Timelines

We are now delivering to BFG between weekly and fortnightly and usually at weekends to facilitate double serving families and couples where both parties work.

We are able to deliver orders to destinations outside of Germany. We do this by sending your order through the BFPO system. Although this means that you have to comply with the BFPO restrictions, it does open up a new world when it comes to online shopping. We are however able to split orders up so that they are able to go through the BFPO system.

Can you install my items?

Yes we can, we are now able to offer a installation service. The prices for this service is below:

How much does delivery cost?

In order to give you a rough idea of the sort of prices that we charge we have compiled a list of the most common items ordered and their delivery cost to you. These prices are not definitive and are subject to confirmation once you have added the items to your basket.
Please note that ordering multiple items does not mean that you need to pay the accumulative delivery charge below, the total weight and bulk will be taken into account and a delivery charge quoted by email.
