How it all works
This page explains how the ordering process works. It guides you through a step by step process.
Ordering from Stores
All orders from stores must be placed through the Place an Order page.
Here you can select selected stores or if the store you wish to order from is not on the list you can select a default ‘Other’ option.
This will allow you to enter all the details for the items that you would like to add.
Step 1: Choose the company.

Collection from individual addresses
As with order from stores all collections must be placed through the Place an Order page.
You will be presented with a box that will give you the option to select collection from an address
This will take you to a screen that will let you enter all the information about the collection/delivery that you are able to provide.

Once you have added all the items that you are interested in visit your basket where you will see all of the items you have just added.
Click the request a quote button.
We will then calculate the order weight and volume and then send you an email informing you that you your quote is ready to view.
Step 2: Request a quote
All you need to do is login and you will find a link on the left hand side titled “Your Quote”
Here you can either accept or reject the quote
Step 3: View your quote
If you accept the quote you can then select your BFPO address for invoicing purposes and your delivery address
On the next screen you will be able to view your payment option and then you will see the payment details that you need in order to complete the transactions
Step 4: Accept your quote

Once we have received your order
We will await payment to arrive before we go ahead and order the goods
You will receive an automated email once your order has been delivered or collected and is loaded onto the transport ready for the next delivery
We will contact you in the days before your delivery to arrange a rough date/time for us to reach you.
If there are any major delays then we will contact you again in order to give you a revised time.
Step 5: We will call you to arrange delivery
