What do we charge for this service?
Our delivery charges are based on a combination of your orders weight, size and value. Our prices range from £8.81 upwards.
How will my goods be delivered?
Once you have chosen your items you can choose how and where they are delivered. You have 2 options:
- We will deliver the items to you ourselves. We will deliver the items to either your home or work address (dependant on location). We would require a delivery charge for this option, but in return, you would have very few limitations with regards to the size and shape of your orders.
- We can post the items to you through the BFPO system; you will however have to comply with BFPO's standard size and weight restrictions. (Please contact us if you require this option)
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the delivery system that you choose. If you choose delivery by the BFPO system then we will order your items as soon as we confirm your order. As soon as we receive your order from the company they will be posted via the BFPO system on the same day. This process could take over a week.
If you choose delivery via our system, we will be delivering once a week initially and if your order arrives at our depot before the cut off time it will be dispatched. The speed of this service depends on the date that your order is placed but is usually comparable to the BFPO system.
How can we offer VAT free goods?
At this moment we are unable to offer goods VAT free goods for personnel stationed within the EU. This is due to a recent decision by customs and immigration. For personnel stationed overseas and outside the European Union we are still able to offer goods VAT free.
